Join us for a relaxed and flavour-packed 3-hour Malaysian cookery workshop on a Saturday afternoon, celebrating the bold and diverse flavours of Malaysia.
Malaysian cuisine is shaped by Malay, Chinese and Indian influences, resulting in food that is vibrant, aromatic and deeply satisfying. Expect fragrant spices, fresh herbs, creamy coconut milk and lively heat, all carefully balanced with sour, savoury and sweet notes.
In this hands-on afternoon class, we’ll cook together and explore key Malaysian techniques such as building curry bases, balancing spice and acidity, preparing sambals and fresh salads, working with dough, and creating classic rice dishes. These are comforting, everyday recipes that are full of flavour and easy to recreate at home.
The menu may vary slightly depending on ingredient availability and the dietary requirements of the group.
This class can be adapted for most dietary requirements with advance notice. Please contact us before booking to discuss any allergies or special diets.
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the workshop date.
As our classes are carefully planned, cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable and non-transferable, including gift voucher bookings.
If we need to cancel a workshop, you’ll be offered a full refund, a transfer to another date, or a gift voucher.
Thank you for supporting us as a not-for-profit organisation — your understanding helps us continue to run our workshops.
