Slow down, breathe deeply, and give your body and mind the care they deserve. This gentle yoga class is designed for all levels—whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to move with more ease and mindfulness.
We’ll flow through simple postures with a focus on stretching, relaxation, and breath awareness. Each class is paced to help release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and restored—ready to carry a sense of balance into the rest of your week.
