M4C × Ayuda: Community Yoga for Immigrant Families
Join Movement for Choice for a donation-based yoga class at Mimi Rieger Yoga on Sunday, January 25th, from 2:00-3:00 PM, led by Sarah Sterner, to support Ayuda’s support for immigrant families.
Proceeds from this class will directly support Ayuda, to support Ayuda's free services for immigrant families throughout Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.
M4C's mission is grounded in the belief that reproductive justice requires legal safety, economic security, and the freedom to live without fear. Immigration status often determines whether someone can access health care, birth control, abortion, housing, employment protections, or community support—which makes Ayuda’s work essential to our collective fight for reproductive justice for all.
We are so grateful to Mimi Rieger Yoga for opening their beautiful studio to us, and to the wonderful Sarah Sterner for offering her time, talent, and heart to lead this class. Their generosity and commitment to community care make events like this possible.

Movement for Choice is a volunteer-run DC nonprofit that creates feminist third spaces through donation-based events, fitness classes, and community education.
