
This full-body workout is inspired by Jenna’s up and coming challenge Rise & L1ft training approach, designed to build strength, energy, and confidence through intentional, functional movement.
This is a 60-minute, intermediate-level session using just a pair of weights and resistance bands. Jenna will show you how much you can accomplish with minimal equipment — combining upper and lower body strength, core engagement, and energizing transitions that keep you moving with purpose!
