Join us for the January meeting of Louth Business Club, where you can connect, learn and collaborate with other local businesses.

This month we've got Ian Spence from Spence Kirkby who's going to be talking at things DiSC profiling.

DiSC is a powerful, practical tool that can be used to improve working relationships by transforming the ways we connect, collaborate and communicate.

It provides a way for people to understand themselves and others by capturing their preferences across 4 behavioural styles:

- Dominance

- Influence

- Steadfastness

- Conscientiousness

Everyone is a blend, and no style is better than the others. However, understanding different preferences enables people to relate to each other more positively.

DiSC can be used to empower leadership development, teambuilding, conflict management, recruitment, coaching, pitching, and more.

Agenda

  • 9 am - Say your hellos and grab a tea/coffee (included in your ticket)
  • 9.15 am - Intro talk and 1st round of table networking
  • 10 am - Breakfast options served and time for our educational speaker
  • 10.30 am - Final Networking round
  • 11 am - The meeting ends, but you're welcome to stick around and work (it's a great place if you're looking for a quiet spot to catch up on emails) or carry on the conversations.

Breakfast

Opt for breakfast or just come along and help us bring the business community of Louth and the surrounding areas together.
