This month we've got Ian Spence from Spence Kirkby who's going to be talking at things DiSC profiling.
DiSC is a powerful, practical tool that can be used to improve working relationships by transforming the ways we connect, collaborate and communicate.
It provides a way for people to understand themselves and others by capturing their preferences across 4 behavioural styles:
- Dominance
- Influence
- Steadfastness
- Conscientiousness
Everyone is a blend, and no style is better than the others. However, understanding different preferences enables people to relate to each other more positively.
DiSC can be used to empower leadership development, teambuilding, conflict management, recruitment, coaching, pitching, and more.
