London Marathon 2026 - Evelina London Children's Charity

Running the London Marathon for Evelina London Children’s Charity is an incredible way to make a real difference in the lives of seriously ill children and their families. Every step you take helps fund life-saving equipment, pioneering research, and vital support services at Evelina London Children’s Hospital. This iconic event will start in Greenwich and finish on The Mall near Buckingham Palace, covering a distance of 26.2 miles. It is one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors and the world's largest one-day fundraising event.

Our Charity Places

We have a limited number of Charity Places available for the TCS London Marathon 2026, and applications are now open!

Due to very popular demand, we’ve extended the application deadline to 5pm on 30th June 2025.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1:

• Complete the ‘Charity Place’ application form.
• Pay the £50 registration fee to submit your application.

Step 2:

• A member of our Events Team will be in touch to let you know if you have been shortlisted for a Teams interview.

Step 3:

• If successful, you’ll receive a welcome email from Emma, confirming your place in the team.
• If you do not receive this welcome email, your £50 fee will be refunded promptly.

By applying, you agree that:

• Completing the application does not guarantee a place.
• Places are awarded based on your ability to raise a minimum of £2,500 for Evelina London Children’s Charity.
• Once your charity place is confirmed, the £50 fee is non-refundable, even if you later withdraw or cancel your place with us.

Simply select ‘Get tickets’ and then choose "I have a London Marathon ballot place" when signing up.

You’ll receive all the same team perks, support, and fundraising materials — with no minimum fundraising target.
