LJWC's Annual Cocktails and Candy Canes Pub Crawl Fundraiser

Cocktails & Candy Canes Pub Crawl Fundraiser will take you to downtown Lombard bars for fun drinks for purchase , light food, split the pot, commemorative t-shirt, pics with Santa and a whole lotta fun.

We have created four suggested pub crawl routes with coordinating tickets. When you purchase tickets, you will see Gingerbread, Reindeer, Snowman and Jingle Bells tickets - each of these take you along a different suggested route. While you can purchase tickets for any one of these suggested routes, we recommend each person in your group purchase the same ticket type. This helps us to prevent over crowding at any one particular bar. You will receive a map at t-shirt pick up with your respective suggested pub crawl route.

Early Bird special now thru November 3rd $40.00

November 4th thru December 12th at noon, or until sold out $45.00

If not sold out, wristbands will be sold the day of for $50.00

T -Shirt Pick up ( pub crawl tickets ordered after 11/30, will receive and extra large t-shirt.)

T-shirt pick up will be December 12th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at @ Properties - 9 S. Park Ave., Lombard.

We encourage participants to check in, get route & pick up t-shirt on Friday. Then on Saturday crawlers just have to show up at the first bar. Split the pot tickets will be available on Friday too.

If you are unable to pick up your t-shirt and map ahead of time, we will have a pick up station location @ Properties - 9 S. Park Ave., Lombard. The pick up time will be from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

* Giveaways again this year will be drawn at a 9 S. Park Avenue. If you win a giveaway, you will receive it when you pick up your t-shirt.

💰 Split the Pot – Virtual Drawing

We’ll pull the Split the Pot winner virtually at 3:30 PM!

• You do not need to be present to win.
• Winners must claim their prize by 5:00 PM on December 14th.
• If we don’t hear from you by 5:00 PM on December 14th, the money will go back to The Lombard Junior Women's Club

Grab your friends and create a funny, cute, or outrageous team costume!
📸 Post a picture of your group enjoying the pub crawl on our Facebook page.
The Lombard Junior Women’s Club will pick a winning group after the event!

🎟️ Temporary Tattoo Check-In Challenge

This year, there will be four starting locations:
Jingle Bells, Reindeer, Snowman, and Gingerbread.
Each location will have one lucky winner!

To make sure everyone starts at their assigned bar, each participant will receive a temporary tattoo that matches their ticket.
✅ Be sure to get your tattoo within the first 30 minutes at your starting location!
🎁 Everyone who purchases a ticket will be entered into a Check-In Raffle, but you must have your tattoo to be eligible to win!

*The distance from Otto’s to O’Neill’s is a little over one mile. It is easily walkable!

*Parking in downtown Lombard may be limited, so we encourage carpooling or using Uber/Lyft. If you decide to drive to the event, please choose a designated driver.

*Drinks must be consumed in the bars. No open alcohol may be carried on the streets.
