If Benny is not in the limelight himself, he is sure to be behind the scenes assisting a fellow Brummie on their journey.

A dancer at heart and a DJ on the rise, LuckyNumberDebz brings rhythm to every room, whether it’s through movement or music. With years of experience lighting up the dance floor, recently stepped behind the decks to share their deep love for beats, bass, and high-energy vibes.
EAZY EAGS
Eazy Eags is an artist and DJ whose sets blend deep musicality with razor-sharp selection. Known first as a recording artist, rooted in Hip-Hop and G-Funk, his background gives him a unique ear for rhythm, groove, and flow - qualities that shape his DJing style. Specialising in deep house, with a particular focus on the rich, evolving sounds of South Africa.
Eazy Eags approaches DJing as an artist, going beyond simply mixing tracks. His sets are about sculpting moods and shaping narratives, with every track chosen and placed with intent. Meticulous in both selection and execution, he delivers performances that move the dance-floor while staying true to his artistic vision.

DJ Anthony Weir, born and raised in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Throughout the years he has played at all major clubs in Birmingham and International clubs including Thailand. Also has his own Professional Sound Hire for wedding, parties and Corporate functions (Yahoo, Amateur Photographer Awards, Aston Villa, Hyatt, Bottega Bar, BAPA awards in association with West Midlands Police, Village Hotel, Pavillion, MBCC Awards) and Events coordinator for B.M.F Birmingham Mature Family.

Grants, Gigs & Growth: How to Fund Your Creative Projects
ROSIE TUNLEY -
Rosie Tunley is a Relationship Manager at Arts Council England (ACE) within the Midlands Music Team. She works on the Supporting Grassroots Music fund, providing guidance to music venues, festivals, promoters, recording studios and rehearsal spaces for their funding applications.
A Midlands native and adventurous musician, she studied music at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, and now works as an Event Producer (including NightGarden Festival), Label Co-founder (at Kikimora Records), and Composer/Performer (under Rosie Tee) crafting immersive audiovisual experiences.
Following five years as Programme Coordinator at Supersonic Festival, her career is anchored by a commitment to supporting women and gender-expansive artists in experimental music.
JOHN HENDRICKSE -
John joined PRS Foundation in September 2023 as a Grants & Programmes Manager to the Next Level funds. Working across PPL Momentum, PPL Momentum Accelerator and Hitmaker Funds he has a history of working in talent development.
Before joining PRS Foundation he worked for new talent development company ILUVLIVE, a National Portfolio Organisation for Arts Council England. He also worked as an artist manager taking artists from the start of their careers to international recognition.
TALIA ANDREA -
Talia Andrea is Youth Music’s NextGen Community Producer, where she leads on the programme of events and opportunities for 18-30 year olds looking to kickstart or level up their career in the music industry. Before starting in her role at Youth Music, she was herself a recipient of their NextGen Fund in Round 5, with which she launched FEMMESTIVAL – a music festival and concert series with all-female lineups. Talia has received various awards in recognition of her contribution to the future of the music industry, including winning ‘Rising Star (Industry)’ at the Youth Music Awards 2024, and being named one of Access All Areas’ ’30 Under Thirty’ in the same year. FEMMESTIVAL has since received further funding from PRS’s Early Career Promoter Fund, and FEMMESTIVAL 2025 took place at Signature Brew Blackhorse Road on 21 September.

He is Founder of HQ Recording Studio, HQ Familia record label and artist management company, and Director of HQ CAN (Community Arts Network) CIC. Yasin is also the Founder of the Leicester Music Conference and sits on the Leicester Music Board, driving growth in the city’s creative industries. Recognised with a British Empire Medal and an Honorary Doctorate in Music from DMU, he continues to mentor and manage emerging artists through HQ Familia while championing diversity, opportunity and sustainability in the music sector.

His unapologetic management style challenges norms and fosters innovation, reflected in his mission to develop visionary artists.
He’s the force behind icons like Atomic Kitten's, and Natasha Hamilton, Jean-Mikhael, and Shocka. Eddy Luna, His bold, artist-first approach has led to major collaborations with Columbia and Island Records, driving authentic, global success.
