Formed in Sacramento, CA in early 2025, Little Fish West features Connie Rottier-Thompson on piano and Nate Furgason on bass. Their style and inspiration vary, ranging from D'Angelo covers to the most classic jazz tunes like Lullaby of Birdland. Their arrangements blend the new with the old, offering audiences a journey through groove, nostalgia, and improvisation. Little Fish invites listeners to settle in and discover something new with each tune.

The Center for Musical Arts proudly presents our "At the Center" concert series, where our goal is to give Sacramento musicians the event space they deserve. Music school by day, concert venue by night—our listening room features a stage, baby grand piano, and an intimate 30-seat capacity.
