We'll meet by the covered picnic tables to the right as you drive in. Once everyone has arrived, you'll receive some gentle guidance and what to expect before we begin our slow-paced, single-file walk among the trees.
This silent walk is a gentle practice of presence, designed to help you enter the New Year from a grounded and regulated place rather than rushing forward with plans or expectations. By walking slowly through nature together and setting conversation aside, we allow our nervous systems to settle and for our awareness to soften and expand.
As we walk, you’re invited to notice simple sensory experiences: the feeling of your feet on the earth, the sounds of the environment, the quality of light and movement around you, the rhythm of your own breath. This practice supports clarity, calm, and a sense of inner steadiness, offering a meaningful way to reflect and orient as the year begins.
We’ll close the walk with a simple moment of reflection, grounding, and optional sharing.
This gathering is part of Starting Together: Intention, Ease & Connection for the New Year, a full-day experience made up of multiple offerings, though each activity stands fully on its own.
