Location:
Lincoln Woods North Lot (not the beach lot)
2 Les Pawson Loop, Lincoln, RI 02865
Eventbrite keeps mislabeling the location, so here’s how to find us:
After entering Lincoln Woods State Park from Twin River Road, turn right at the main gate. Drive about 0.4 miles—the first large parking lot on your left is the North Lot.
Carpooling encouraged, this event ALWAYS sells out!
Overview
We’re bringing back the Lincoln Woods Fun Ride just before the temps drop into deep freeze. Get squirrely on some of the choicest technical singletrack in southern New England!
We’ll have arrowed loops of the best Lincoln has to offer for XC and all-you-can-eat enduro laps with plenty of features to play on, punchy hills to climb, and easy bailouts in case it gets rough.
Lincoln Woods isn’t known for having much for beginner terrain and we’d like to change that! Our friends at REI Co-Op Cranston will be there to share some bike maintenance tips, followed by a guided, family-friendly ride for those just looking to cruise the trails and maybe session a few features.
We’ll also have one of RI’s bedrock cycling community organizations — Recycle-A-Bike, joining us for the day to haul off your once beloved, and still usable bikes and cycling accessories.
And finally, we’re stoked to recreate last year’s mock “race” vibes with timed laps down Wiggle, the park’s iconic hand-cut flow-tech trail. Hosted by the coaches and local legends of the Cycle Craft Fitness team, you won't want to miss this chance to slap some tasty berms!
No orange required! Portable Public Restrooms available. In the park’s off season the park is carry-in, carry out for trash and recycling.
