A two-part art-centric workshop invites participants to reframe perspectives of grief and loss

We often long for "the light at the end of the tunnel" amid our navigating of grief.

This two-part art-centric workshop invites participants to reframe such perspective, proposing rituals of understanding loss- letting us sit with that light longer, feeling the textures of that tunnel, dancing with shadows on the walls-letting go only when we are ready.

Session 1 (18 Jan) by Calvin Pang
This session aims to acknowledge the subjective stories about grief and loss, beyond those related only to physical death and bereavement. The art therapy-informed experiential also aims at giving participants the permission to explore and express their subjective stories of grief.

One other that represents the subject of grief and loss

*all other art materials will be provided

**This is not an art therapy session and participants should contact art therapists outside of this session for clinical art therapy sessions.
