LiFT Course: Linking Families & Teens March 11&18

Research shows that open, honest conversations with parents are one of the most effective forms of prevention. However, both teens and parents often feel unprepared to have these difficult discussions. LiFT provides a safe space and necessary tools and to help families build communication skills and approach tough topics with ease and understanding.

The LiFT curriculum is designed to:

· Bring parents and teens together in a supportive, shame-free learning environment.

· Help families connect, share values, and navigate challenging conversations with confidence.

· Promote healthier outcomes for teens, such as higher academic success and lower rates of alcohol and drug use, STIs, depression, and unplanned pregnancies.
