
Join local Yoga Instructor Kate for a Hatha Yoga class intended to support your physical, mental and emotional self.
All are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. The class varies each week and there are always variations on the asana (postures) so that you can choose what works best for you and your body. The class includes physical movement, breathing and relaxation amongst a warm and welcoming group.
Please bring your mat if you have one (if not you can borrow one), a cosy blanket and an open mind 🙂
Classes are donation based so you pay what you can. Suggested donation of £8 based on local average.
Classes are open to all but please note, this room is on first floor level so some stairs.
Come Spring (around May) these sessions will move to outdoors at Pontymoile Basin
