Rest Well, Recharge Fully – Join Our Relaxation and Sleep Workshop!

Good quality sleep and effective relaxation are essential for both physical and mental health. This interactive workshop will guide you through practical ways to calm the body and mind, improve your sleep patterns, and wake up feeling more refreshed.

You’ll learn:

Perfect for adults who want to sleep better, feel calmer, and restore balance in their daily lives, this session focuses on achievable changes that make a lasting difference.

This session is for ages 18+ only.

Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
