Join Agi Heale from Westbourne Associates for a free 60-minute LEGO® Serious Play® experience designed for senior leaders and professionals from the HR, L&D & talent development space, who want teams that are able to think clearly, communicate openly and take real ownership.
LEGO® Serious Play® is a powerful, globally used facilitation method that helps leaders explore complex challenges by making thinking visible. Through hands-on building and structured dialogue, you’ll turn ideas into 3D models — surfacing assumptions, uncovering patterns and generating insight far more quickly than traditional discussion allows.
This session will give you a practical, firsthand experience of what’s possible, if you are:
