Join us in person to share stories and learn how different cultures heal from loss together.

Join Nilaari on 28th March for another event in our series exploring Grief. We will be hosting a supportive, in-person space to learn, reflect, and share about grief through a cultural lens. This session is designed by-and-for racially minoritised individuals.

Together we’ll explore the stages of grief, while honouring the diverse cultural practices, rituals, and traditions that shape how we experience loss.

Grief looks and feels different for everyone, and culture plays a powerful role in how we mourn, remember, and heal.

What to Expect

● A guided session on grief and the stages of grief

● Learning led by an expert of colour

● Community voices sharing cultural practices and rituals around grief

● Space for reflection, discussion, and gentle sharing and honoring

● A compassionate, respectful, and safe environment

This workshop welcomes anyone who has experienced loss, supports others through grief, or wishes to deepen their understanding of grief within different cultural contexts.
