A Wellness & Mindfulness Discovery with Botanical Rituals
This 90 minutes guided wellness experience invites participants to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate mindful awareness through a specially designed botanical ritual.
Led by a facilitator trained in mindfulness-based (MBSR-informed) approaches, the session blends sensory awareness, breathwork, and gentle creative expression to support calm, presence, and everyday well-being.
Participants will explore botanical blends through sight, scent, and touch, learning how sensory anchors can help regulate attention and emotional balance. The experience includes a guided LDV mini ritual combining mindful observation, scent-guided breathing, and simple contour drawing, inspired by natural forms.
This workshop is designed as a wellness discovery experience—accessible, non-clinical, and suitable for beginners. No prior experience in mindfulness, art, or wellness practices is required.
