Come and see the baby lambs and witness where it all happens. Spend time on a real working farm and gain an insight into farming and what we get up to at lambing time.
Experience the joy of meeting our flock and if luck is on your side, witness a lamb being born (though we can't guarantee this magical moment).
There’ll be the opportunity to ask questions of our shepherd Paul and the team, and our trail will keep all ages busy.
Meet the lambing team,
Have a cuddle with one of our lambs,
Look around the barns and witness the different stages of lambing,
Visit Sheep School,
Craft with our sheeps fleece,
Sit on one of Farmer Paul's tractors,
Play on the hay bales,
Follow the woolly trail, and lots more!
Click on your prefered day and this will take you to an option of time slots.
So that everybody gets the best experience they can, we have allocated tickets for 1hr 30min sessions throughout the day.
Visitors must arrive promptly at their time slot allocated on their ticket (eg 11am-12:30pm means you arrive at 11am and leave at 12:30pm), this allows for a smooth arrival and ensures you get to enjoy your full session. We have limited parking, so we kindly ask that visitors must exit when their session is over.
You must arrive with a pre-paid ticket.
Under 1's are free, and everyone else is £9.50.
Tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable. Only in the event of a cancellation by the host will you receive a refund through Eventbrite.
We advise to approach the farm from the A50 turning at High Legh Garden Centre, down Halliwells Brow and taking the first right onto Golborne Lane.
Please be aware, there is no picnic area. There are refreshments and snacks avaliable but not full meals, so it’s best to fill your tummy before you come.
A washing area will be set up to use, you MUST wash your hands before you leave, before consuming any food/drink or touching your face.
Regrettably, we can't accommodate pregnant women due to health and safety reasons.
Dogs are also not allowed on the farm.
Children must be supervised at all times. We ask for children to be as quiet and calm as possible around the sheep, but we have set up a play area for them to run off some steam whenever they want to.
Dependant on the weather the yard can get very muddy, this is a farm so dress appropriately and leave your ballgowns at the gate!
