Immerse yourself in farming life during lambing season down on the farm – the perfect antidote to shake off the winter blues. Our head shepherd, Paul, will personally guide you through the lambing sheds, providing insights into the entire lambing process.
Experience the joy of meeting our flock, learn to recognise the signs of birth, and, if luck is on your side, witness a lamb being born (though we can't guarantee this magical moment).
There’ll be the opportunity to ask questions of our shepherd Paul, and if we have orphan lambs during your visit, there may be the opportunity for some lamb cuddles.
Our sheep typically give birth in the evening hours when it’s a bit quieter and calmer down on the farm, so for this reason, tickets are limited to people aged 16 and above. With a maximum of 10 people per session, we can ensure an intimate opportunity for all.
Tickets are £20 per person (16+ years only). We lamb indoors in our lambing sheds, but don't forget to wrap up warmly with layers as winter nights can be chilly. Fear not – we'll provide hot drinks and complamentry refreshments to warm you up. We’d advise you wear wellies or walking boots, and be prepared for a bit of dirt – it is a farm, after all.
Remember to bring your phones/cameras for memorable photo opportunities.
We’d also ask if you could please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or deodorants, as the smell upsets our ewes.
Regrettably, we can't accommodate pregnant women due to health and safety reasons.
Dogs are also not allowed on the farm.
