Move in-body, travel inside as you become the silent witness, watching what unfolds and unravels, what loosens, what moves and what shifts . A space to reflect. A space to pause. A spce to be receptive without force.

Work with a special Kriya - a completed action - that is presented through a series of different postures with intention. Ones that stimulate and unlock your own, innate power within. An opportunity to really listen to the language of your body and the stories it wants to tell and to release.

Then lie back to rest and receive before travelling further into the realm of sound and vibrational therapy, bathing in the sonic rays of a Nepalese Wind Gong, a 30” Symphonic Gong, Shruti box and chimes.

Mats and blankets are provided. Please dress comfortably, ready to move and bring your water bottle.

There are 2 ticket prices available, plus some 2 for 1 tickets so you can bring a friend for those on lower incomes. Please select the one that best suits your circumstances. To avoid booking fees you can book direct through Rebalance Brighton.
