Knotting Workshop with Dr Colin Byfleet

Join Dr Colin Byfleet, former President of the International Guild of Knot Tyers (IGKT), for a hands-on knot tying workshop open to all skill levels. Drawing on decades of expertise, Dr Byfleet will guide participants through both the theory and practice of decorative and functional knotwork.

The workshop will focus on classic knots such as the Turk's Head, Mathew Walker, and a selection of other traditional knots, with clear demonstrations and individual guidance throughout.

This workshop will be great for beginners looking to gain a solid foundation, while more experienced knot tyers will have the opportunity to refine technique, explore variations, and deepen their understanding of knot tying.
