Knitflix - ‘The Notebook’ Wednesday 14th January

Sofa Screenings is bringing you a new way to enjoy our films, introducing Knitflix! A relaxed craft night that lets you enjoy a brilliant film as you get creative.

You're welcome to bring any craft to our screening, and work on it while the film plays! This includes crochet, knitting, drawing etc(but sadly nothing too messy like paint). This screening will also be in low-lighting.

Our first film for Knitflix is The Notebook, considered by many to be one of the greatest love stories ever told on screen, offering a heart-breaking tale of the lasting power of love.

The Notebook follows Noah and Allie, a working class man and a young woman from a wealthy family, and how they fell madly in love one summer. The two are forced apart however, when Noah leaves for duty, and their eventual reunion 7 years later sees the two take different paths in life.
