Kids Meal Packing Party (Volunteering) Part 2

Let’s make a difference — one lunch at a time!
Join Kids’ Meals Houston and Seremoni Venues for a hands-on volunteer experience where families can decorate lunch bags, enjoy games, and pack nutritious meals for local children in need.

Bring your kids, friends, and teammates — together, we’ll make giving back fun!

What’s Happening:

Entry

Bring your team’s assigned food item to participate.
RSVP is required for each participant (kids and adults).

🟩🟦🟥🟨 Team Assignments: Bring One Full Box Per Person or Family

Each person or family signs up for a team color and brings ONE FULL BOX of the listed item.
Example: If you’re on the Blue Team, bring one full box of juice boxes or one full box of snack packs (around 24–32 individual items per box).

We’ll combine everything onsite to create hundreds of meal bags for Kids’ Meals Houston.

🟦 BLUE TEAM — DRINKS

Bring one full box of:

• Small water bottles (8 oz)
• Shelf-stable milk boxes
• 100% juice boxes

Goal: Hydration for every packed lunch

🟩 GREEN TEAM — SNACKS

Bring one full box of:

• Crackers
• Pretzels
• Skinny Pop
• Granola bars

Goal: Snack item for every meal bag

🟨 YELLOW TEAM — PROTEIN

Bring one full box of:

• Peanut butter or peanut butter crackers
• Jerky
• Tuna packs
• Shelf-stable chicken salad

Goal: Main protein item for every lunch

🟥 RED TEAM — FRUIT

Bring one full box of:

• Fruit cups
• Applesauce
• 100% fruit snacks
• Dried fruit or apple chips

Goal: Fruit for every lunch bag

Option 1: Sponsor a Box (Can’t Attend?)

If you can’t join us in person, you can still help!
Choose a “Donation / Sponsor a Box” ticket on Eventbrite or send a contribution toward supplies.

• $10 = covers drinks for 1 team box
• $25 = covers fruit cups for 1 team box
• $50 = covers proteins for 1 team box
• $100 = sponsors 4 full meal boxes (40 lunches total!)

Funds go directly toward purchasing food items we’re short on to ensure every child receives a complete meal.
