Join Courtney Wood for a fun kid yoga class! This session will consist of:

• An age-appropriate yoga practice
• A mindfulness story
• A self-growth and/or coloring activity (age-appropriate choices will be given)
• A take-home snack

This class is open to children 3 and up.
