Keller Leadership Academy with Cody Gibson

Keller Leadership Academy is an immersive, high-impact training experience launching in early 2025, designed to help aspiring and current leaders grow themselves and their leadership abilities to their fullest potential. Led by Cody Gibson, KWRI’s Vice President of MAPS Coaching, this program provides the tools, mindset, and systems needed to lead with clarity, purpose, and measurable results.

Attendees will embark on a journey of self-discovery and leadership development, beginning with Quantum Leap to uncover personal purpose and direction. Participants will learn The Six Things a Leader Does and experience servant productivity leadership in action—equipping them to model the habits, mindset, and disciplines that drive both personal and organizational success.

The course also focuses on building and working with others, offering practical, step-by-step guidance on identifying, attracting, and developing top talent. Participants will leave with a repeatable talent attraction system and sharpened consulting skills that will immediately impact their market center or region.
