What to Expect:

• Free wine + champagne

• A live DJ setting an uplifting, soulful atmosphere

• A curated showcase of 15 Kansas City artists presenting pieces that symbolize healing, transformation, and “new beginnings”

• Taco Cacao food truck on site

• The official launch of Peace Over Pieces Volume II, created by survivors, advocates, and mental health professionals

• An emotional, meaningful event centered around hope, resilience, and community support

Peace Over Pieces serves survivors who reach out in moments of crisis — often needing something as small as a hotel room, food, transportation, or a safe place to go. This exhibition helps fund those emergency needs directly.

We use a simple raffle format (no bidding), making it accessible and community-focused. Guests can purchase tickets, choose the artwork they connect with, and winners will be drawn at the end.

Come for the art. Stay for the cause. Leave knowing you helped someone take their first safe step toward a new beginning.
