Join the NAACP Metuchen–Edison–Piscataway Area Branch for the Juneteenth Freedom Festival 2026, a vibrant outdoor community celebration honoring freedom, culture, and community.

This annual festival brings together families, community leaders, creatives, and local businesses for a full day of connection, commerce, and celebration. We invite vendors to be part of this impactful event and showcase their products and services to a diverse and engaged audience.

The day includes our 4th annual Freedom Cup Basketball Tournament (expanding this year), Car Show, main stage with all day entertainment, and much more!

🛍 Vendor Registration & Pricing

Vendor registration is offered on a tiered pricing structure to reward early commitment and assist with planning:

• Early Registration – $60
  (Available through March 1)
  Best value and lowest vendor rate
• Regular Registration – $100
  (Available through May 1)
  Standard vendor rate
• Late Registration – $150
  (Available through June 1, if space allows)

⚠️ Space is limited. Vendor categories may be capped to maintain a balanced marketplace.

Vendors who register early receive added value, including:

• Preferred vendor placement within the marketplace
• Early promotional exposure (vendor highlights, listings, and shout-outs as applicable)
• Priority consideration before vendor category caps are reached
• Lowest registration rate available

📌 Important Vendor Information

• This is an outdoor event
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, and supplies (unless otherwise noted)
• Additional setup, parking, and day-of logistics will be shared closer to the event date
• Food vendors must comply with all local health and permitting requirements (if applicable)
