Juilliard Dance Workshop: Step Into the World of Dance

Join us for a Juilliard Dance Workshop!

Students in Years 5, 6, 7, or 8 with an interest in movement, creativity, and performance are warmly invited to a one-off workshop at d’Overbroeck’s Senior School.

Led by our Dance Academy coach, Katie Amiri, students will experience how our ethos—developed through our partnership with Juilliard’s Dance Division—empowers young artists to express emotions and ideas beyond words in a safe, fun, and focused space.

During this dynamic taster session, students will explore expressive movement, creative tasks, and short choreography, giving them a feel for the energy and opportunities within our Dance Academy.

While students take part, parents can meet informally with the Head of Senior School and key staff to discuss what d’Overbroeck’s can offer your child.

We hope to showcase what your children have created at the end of the event. Places are strictly limited so book as soon as possible.

A limited number of Dance Scholarships are available to students joining in September 2026. Auditions will take place on Thursday 26 March.

Please Note:

• The workshop is limited to 20 spaces
• Parking: Please be aware that we do not have visitor parking on-site, and street parking for non-residents is very limited. A small number of free two‑hour parking spaces can be found on neighbouring streets, but availability is not guaranteed. We therefore recommend using public transport or Oxford’s extensive Park & Ride network wherever possible.
