Join a guided tour of the Singapore City Gallery

[In support of World Car-Free Day 2025. Make every journey a green and healthy one - choose to walk, cycle or ride public transport and explore our events while boosting your daily physical activity!]

Designed for local residents, our 1-hour guided tour will provide an overview of Singapore’s urban transformation and highlight URA’s commitment to urban sustainability. Discover how URA’s long-term and integrated planning process has shaped a city that is distinctive, liveable and sustainable across social, economic and environmental realms.

Through this guided tour led by URA volunteers, you will also gain a better appreciation of the challenges in balancing different needs for land and the innovative solutions that we have adopted to ensure sustainable urban development.

Tour Information

• Guided tours are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month.
• Led by URA volunteers, each tour is approximately one-hour long.
• Tours are conducted in English and recommended for participants aged 16 and above. If you would prefer to attend a tour conducted in Mandarin, visit: https://scgmandarintour.eventbrite.sg for the tour schedule.
• When visiting, do set aside 1.5 hours for the guided tour and for some time to explore the Gallery or any special exhibits that may be showing.

Things to Note

In registering for the tour, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• Your personal data may be used and/or disclosed for purposes of data analysis and identity verification and such other related purposes.
• Photos and videos may be taken by the organisers during the tour and used for publicity purposes.
• Unauthorised recording in any form, including video and audio, is not allowed during the tour.
• We reserve the right to turn away participants including but not limited to: tour groups with a tourist guide / tour leader, groups exceeding 20 participants, participants who arrive more than 10 minutes after the tour start time.

How to Book

1. Select your preferred tour date and time.

2. Click on "Reserve a Spot".

3. Complete the registration form and click "Register" to submit.

Please note that each registration is valid for one individual. If you are visiting in a group, separate registrations are needed for each individual. Availability is on a first come, first served basis.
