Guest Admission Policies
To ensure a safe and professional environment for all attendees, please note the following policies:

• ID Requirement: All attendees must present a valid, government-issued photo ID for entry.
• Age Restriction: For safety reasons, children under the age of 14 are not permitted on the show floor. Management reserves the right to verify age and restrict access for minors.
• Wheeled Items: For crowd safety and to protect exhibits, the following are prohibited on the show floor:
• • Strollers
  • Dollies, wagons, luggage carts, or oversized wheeled bags
  • Segways, hoverboards, and other personal transporters
  • ADA-compliant mobility aids are always welcome.
• Media Policy: Photography and videography are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from show management.
• Venue Policy: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within the event premises.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted prior to the first day of the show (January 28, 2026). Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds once the event has begun.Your Privacy
