This special concert celebrates 25 years of Jazz Mafia’s futuristic jazz roots, revisiting the music that shaped the collective’s identity in its earliest days. Drawing from the first five years (2000–2005) of Jazz Mafia’s evolution—with material from Realistic Orchestra, Shotgun Wedding Quintet, and other formative projects—the ensemble reconnects with the sounds that defined its foundation. Expect adventurous compositions, richly layered grooves, and inventive improvisation, all anchored by the singular voice of Dublin and a few surprise guests from across the Mafia’s musical family.
