From the mind of bassist and songwriter Mark McQuillan, Testaments are a London based contemporary jazz ensemble whose innovative songs are brought to life by some of the best young improvisers in the UK. Testaments create a sweeping and dynamic sound and guide audiences through a world of both ethereal beauty and intense drama.

Led by bassist and songwriter Mark McQuillan Testaments will perform as a trio at Hot Numbers with Rebecka Edlund (Voice) and Dom Howard (Guitar) and will bring their poetic and dramatic combination of jazz and folk with a unique sound both reminiscent of the British jazz greats but with a contemporary freshness.
