Jazz Lates at Hot Numbers: David Gordon

A keyboard player who combines harpsichord and jazz piano and with inspirations as diverse as Gershwin, Bernstein, Piazzolla, Gismonti, Legrand and others.

Gordon brings together baroque and jazz traditions as both a composer and performer, his diverse musical career has seen him as jazz pianist in his own David Gordon Trio, as principal harpsichordist for The English Concert Orchestra, and performing and recording with jazz singer Jacqui Dankworth, and London Tango Quintet.

Gordon returns to Hot Numbers and has also performed across a variety of venues such as Pizza Express Jazz Club, BBC Proms, and at the EFG London Jazz Festival.
