Japanese Otsumami (small plates) Workshop

We will spend a relaxed afternoon in our modern spacious kitchen making a number of classic Japanese Otsumami (small dishes and snacks) that are typically served with drinks in Izakaya across Japan, these will likely include okonomiyaki, yakitori, mikomiso, nama harimaki, tataki kyuri and otsukemono. All to take away with you to enjoy with a leisurely drink or two.

Dietary information: This class can be adapted for most diets provided we are given plenty of notice of all dietary requirements and/or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking.
