Biodanza - The Dance of Life!

Hi, I'm Suzy, specialist in Joy and Connection.

I host different types of events that give you space to connect to yourself, your joy and others. Laughter Yoga, Singalong screenings of Musicals, and Dance!

This is a Biodanza session at the Old Fire Station where we will explore the beauty of the dance of life!
Beginners are welcome.

For me, Biodanza is a space to let go, expand, express, connect with others and my purpose.

No dance experience required, no steps to learn, just bring your open heart and a willingness to let loose.

I'll guide you, accompanied by an eclectic mix of music on a fabulous journey of heart-opening movement.

And if you have time to hang around after and join with us for a coffee/falafel wrap in the cafe downstairs, please do!
