January 10th Cooking Class: Sushi

Hosted by Chef Brian Bowman of B&T Catering, we invite you to join us for a night out! Enjoy a two hour hands-on cooking experience. Relax, have fun, and sharpen your culinary skills while you prepare a delicious meal! You’ll have a workstation equipped with the tools and ingredients you’ll need for each recipe, and you’ll taste a generous helping of everything you make. Brian will provide you with all of the techniques and skills you need, along with the recipes and instructions to recreate the menu at home! Grab your friends, cook amazing food, and dine out! Complimentary wine served with your meal.
