With your Full Festival package, you’ll receive a branded wristband to wear all weekend long. If you’ve chosen a Single-Day VIP package, you’ll get a wristband valid for that specific day. Your wristband is your exclusive access pass to the VIP area, so be sure to keep it safe! Without it, you won’t be able to enter or move freely within the VIP area. All wristbands will have a slide-lock mechanism, so we recommend waiting until the festival begins to put it on for the best fit and comfort.

All orders placed on or before May 3, 2026 will have the option to be shipped or picked up from the City of Jacksonville Office of Sports & Entertainment. Orders placed on or after May 4, 2026, must be picked up from the City of Jacksonville Office of Sports & Entertainment or the festival. Picking up your package prior to the festival is strongly encouraged.
Instructions regarding availability of package pick-up will be sent to the email on file once the order is ready. Please do not visit the Office of Sports & Entertainment office prior to receiving confirmation that your order is ready.
