Course Outline:
Alignment: Intro to Iyengar yoga, dynamic standing poses.
Balance: Build on foundations, focus on balancing poses.
Strength: Shoulder poses, twists, basic back bend actions.
Relaxation: Seated poses, restorative yoga, basic yogic breathing.
Alternative all levels class can be offered at Yoga Metta if can't attend all 4 sessions
The course takes place in a full equipped Iyengar Yoga studio.
