The IVSC is pleased to confirm that the 2025 Annual General Meeting and International Valuation Conference will take place from 27–29 October 2025 at The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi, India, hosted by AaRVF and RICS.
This landmark global gathering will bring together valuation leaders and decision-makers from across the world. Last year, more than 200 participants from 47 countries attended in Hong Kong.

Visa Requirements and Invitation Letters
International delegates attending the IVSC AGM 2025 & RVC 3.0 in New Delhi are required to apply for an e-Business Visa via the official Indian visa portal at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html.
Please note that the visa application is the sole responsibility of each participant. A letter of invitation can be provided upon registration. To request this, please indicate your full name as it appears in your passport in the order form when registering for your ticket.

We encourage all overseas participants to begin their visa application process early to avoid any delays.
Accommodation Options
Preferential rates have been arranged for participants at The Lalit Hotel, the official venue for the AGM and RVC, as well as at The Metropolitan Hotel and The Connaught, New Delhi - IHCL SeleQtions nearby. Optional Cultural Tour – Agra, 30 October 2025
For those looking to extend their stay and experience India’s cultural heritage, an optional, self-funded day tour to Agra is available on Thursday, 30 October.
