Join me for a fun and relaxed in‑person coaching walk!

This is the first in what I hope will become a monthly series of coaching walks in Oxfordshire, beginning in my home village of Upton.

Being outdoors offers so many benefits for coaching conversations. A change of environment creates space to think, reflect, and see things from fresh perspectives. Walking side‑by‑side encourages openness and thoughtful dialogue in a way that sitting in front of a screen or in a meeting room often doesn’t.

Nature also replenishes our mental capacity. Most of us know how much clearer and calmer we feel after spending time in green spaces. It helps us slow down, notice what’s around us, and tune into what’s shifting in our own thinking.

We’ll begin with a short 10‑minute introduction to coaching, and I’ll offer a few gentle prompts to guide your reflections as we walk. This is a lovely opportunity to meet new people, explore different topics, or simply enjoy quiet moments to reflect on your week or month.

We will then walk around the local area for approximately 45 minutes, returning to the village hall for refreshments for those that would like to stay and continue the conversation.

As the walk takes place in January, please wear sturdy footwear and bring a warm coat, hat, and gloves. I will be choosing a route that are accessible and not too muddy.

Important note: Please do not bring dogs with you to this event. Whilst many love them, not everyone does. They also tend to prove distracting when in a group setting.
