Guest Speaker - Scott Jenkins, York and North Yorkshire President of West and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce

Scott Jenkins is the Sales Director of Autohorn Fleet Services and the Flexed short-term leasing brand, one of Yorkshire’s fastest-growing mobility businesses. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its subscription and rental fleet, strengthened local partnerships, and invested heavily in sustainability, including on-site solar generation and a growing portfolio of low-emission vehicles.

Alongside his commercial role, Scott serves as President of the York & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, where he champions regional growth, international trade opportunities, and practical support for ambitious SMEs. He is also Vice Chairman of the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association) Rental Committee, which he has sat on the board for 8 years.

Known for his straight-talking approach and appetite for innovation, Scott brings a clear, grounded view of the challenges and opportunities facing modern businesses.
