Trying to give up smoking? You don’t have to do it alone! \nNewcastle Libraries are running a series of FREE supportive activities in April

A beginner-friendly class using light weights to strengthen the whole body for 45 minutes, followed by 45 minutes of stretching to improve mobility and flexibility. For these sessions, please wear loose comfortable clothing and trainers.
