Following the beautiful response to our first Reiki & Restorative Yoga workshop in July, we’re offering another opportunity to rest, receive, and reconnect - this time, as we transition into the quieter, slower rhythm of winter.
Join Georgina Hood OBE, Reiki Master of 13 years, and her daughter Ochre Seagrim (Reiki II) for a deeply nurturing afternoon combining the healing practice of Reiki with the quiet power of Restorative Yoga.
We’ll begin with a short talk from Georgina introducing Reiki: what it is, how it works, and what you might feel during the session. You’ll then be guided through a spacious 90-minute Restorative Yoga sequence, led by Ochre, designed to help you unwind, soften, and reconnect.
As you rest in supported poses, Georgina and Ochre will offer hands-on Reiki 💆♀️ to help you drop even more deeply into rest and balance. Reiki, a gentle and non-invasive form of energy healing ✨, can support emotional clarity, energetic release, and deep restoration.
As the days grow shorter and cooler 🍂, this workshop is a chance to pause, recalibrate, and be held - body, mind, and heart.
Open to all levels. No experience required. Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate and supportive environment.
