International Women’s Day is often about doing more, pushing harder, or proving our worth.
This inviting, restorative Sunday morning event offers something different.
Give to Gain is an intimate, in-person experience designed to help women pause, regulate and reconnect to their health as the foundation of their energy, confidence and future self.
Rather than another wellness talk or workout, this session creates space to reflect, reset the nervous system, and make intentional choices about what you want your health to support in the years ahead.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer — and more decisive about how you want to show up for yourself.
This event is intentionally small and community-focused, welcoming women of all ages and life stages.
This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about creating the conditions for better decisions.
This event is for women who:
No prior experience needed. All practices are accessible and inclusive.
