Join Plant Powered Metro New York for an engaging demo featuring whole plant foods, inspired by the bold flavors of Mexican cuisine. Chef Mariana Tamiozzy, PPMNY Culinary Educator, will share practical techniques, flavor pairings, and ideas you can bring home to make nourishing meals with ease.

Mariana Tamiozzy is a plant-based chef from São Paulo, Brazil, known for creating vibrant dishes with seasonal and organic ingredients. Now based in Brooklyn, she brings her global experience to make healthy eating both flavorful and approachable.

$50 fee includes tastings of the featured dishes with take-home recipes. Please register by Tuesday, February 24. Last minute registrants may still be accepted.
