THE CONFERENCE DRIVING MEASURABLE INCLUSION

Saturday, 10th January 2026 │10am-4:15pm

UCL Institute of Education

IncludEd 2026 is our seventh annual conference, dedicated to building truly inclusive education systems that work for every child, especially our most vulnerable learners. What started as a small gathering is now a national community of over a thousand education leaders, practitioners, and advocates committed to ensuring no child is left behind.

It’s more than a conference, it’s a high quality and high impact learning event where you will connect with a community of professionals passionate about building inclusive schools.

How do we build inclusive schools?

This year's theme, ‘How do we build inclusive schools?’, is designed to give you the practical, evidence-based tools you need to drive meaningful change from the ground up.

What to expect:

As Ofsted changes their definition of inclusion, The Difference brings together over a thousand teachers and leaders, academics and experts to share effective inclusive practice.

Practical professional development: strategies to strengthen your school, LA or MAT’s approach to inclusion and early support.

You will leave IncludEd 2026 with:

  • Policy and Practice Insights: Access cutting-edge research and practices proven to improve outcomes for vulnerable learners and pupils with special educational needs.
  • Whole-School Frameworks: Explore content on leadership for Inclusion,
  • building from the universal, and effective data use (measuring inclusion) to drive systemic change.
  • Powerful Networks: Connect with 900 teachers, leaders, policymakers and researchers, and our network of 150+ school partners already implementing transformative approaches.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Discover how to better engage families, local authorities, and external services, (community collaboration) for coordinated early intervention and reduced exclusion risk.

Join us for workshops and talks from sector leaders spanning Ofsted, DfE RISE teams, DfE special needs review, academics and researchers, alongside young people with lived experience of lost learning.

There is an option to invoice your organisation for tickets at payment - please check this box if you would like us to send you an invoice rather than make a payment today.
