Ikebana Floral Design Class : Contemporary Designing

The Perfect Petal signature style edition.

Step into our world, where simplicity meets modern design — where each stem is placed with purpose, and negative space is just as powerful as the blooms themselves. This Perfect Petal signature class reinterprets Ikebana, the revered Japanese floral art, with a contemporary edge, using metal flower frogs (kenzan) to create sculptural, avant-garde compositions that feel effortless, graceful and captivating. We use floral frogs for much of our event work. Learn our methods and laugh, play and practice with our designers.

There is no previous experience needed. All students will need to bring is a willingness to learn and create in an open and collaborative design space. At the end of the class, students will leave with their own handcrafted centerpiece and the confidence to make flower arrangements at home. This two hour experience is truly one-of-a-kind.
