WHAT TO EXPECT
WHY GROUP EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING IS EFFECTIVE
Couples learn best when they can experience new ways of relating together. Talking about connection is very different from feeling, practicing and reflecting on it in a safe, guided space. Experiential exploration allows partners to move beyond old scripts and turn concepts like safety, trust, boundaries and pleasure into lived, embodied experiences and through this, we believe, real transformation is more likely to happen. We believe also that there can be valuable learning from hearing and witnessing other couples in their experience.
