As I look back over the past ten years, it still feels almost surreal to see how far I AM IN ME has come. What began as a simple desire to be a voice for the voiceless, to enable hope, to create meaningful change in the lives of young people - has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined. My “why” has always been clear: it’s one thing for a problem to pull at your heartstrings, but it’s another to make the conscious decision to be part of the solution. This journey has challenged me deeply, forcing me to reflect on self-worth, identity, and purpose. Yet it is through that same lens that our work continues. Every programme, every conversation, and every life touched is rooted in our commitment to empower, inspire, and influence young people to become the very best versions of themselves.Ten years on, this mission has been built on sacrifice, resilience, and an unwavering belief in the next generation.
